MHZ Consulting, cabinet spécialisé en recrutement IT, Cybersécurité et Data, accompagne ses clients dans leurs projets stratégiques. Dans le cadre dun projet majeur pour lun de nos clients, nous recrutons un Chef de Projet Cybersécurité pour piloter le déploiement dune solution de sécurité dans toutes leurs filiales.

Vos responsabilités : En tant que Chef de Projet Cybersécurité, vous serez le garant de la coordination, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi de lintégration de la solution de cybersécurité sur lensemble des sites de notre client. Vos principales missions incluront :

  • Analyser les besoins spécifiques de chaque filiale en collaboration avec les équipes locales et les RSSI.
  • Développer un planning précis et mobiliser les ressources nécessaires pour chaque étape du projet.
  • Gérer les risques, les délais et les budgets associés au projet.
  • Superviser l'installation, la configuration et l'intégration de la solution dans toutes les filiales.
  • Veiller à la compatibilité des environnements techniques locaux avec la solution déployée.
  • Garantir le respect des normes et réglementations en vigueur (ISO 27001, RGPD, etc.).
  • Sensibiliser les équipes locales aux bonnes pratiques en matière de cybersécurité.
  • Organiser et animer des formations pour les collaborateurs sur lutilisation de la solution.
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs clés pour mesurer l'efficacité du déploiement.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier à destination des parties prenantes et de la direction.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Bac+5 en informatique, cybersécurité ou gestion de projet (école dingénieurs ou université).
  • Expérience : Minimum 7 ans en gestion de projets IT, avec une expérience significative en cybersécurité.
  • Compétences techniques :Maîtrise des technologies de cybersécurité (firewalls, solutions EDR/XDR, systèmes de détection des intrusions, etc.). Solide connaissance des normes de sécurité (ISO 27001, NIST) et des réglementations (RGPD). Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
  • Aptitudes personnelles :Excellentes capacités dorganisation et de coordination. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et à distance. Excellentes compétences en communication, avec une aptitude à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes.
