Contexte de la mission Dans le cadre de laccélération de sa stratégie IA, notre client a développé une plateforme interne dIA générative(type assistant ChatGPT sécurisé), aujourdhui en production auprès de plusieurs directions. La mission consiste à accompagner la Direction IA dans le pilotage produit, la structuration des cas dusage, et lamélioration continue de cette solution.

Objectifs de la mission Assurer le pilotage fonctionnel de la plateforme dIA générative (backlog, priorisation, roadmap). Recueillir et formaliser les besoins des directions utilisatrices (fonctions support, métiers, SI). Contribuer à la conception des prompts (prompt engineering) et à loptimisation des interactions avec les LLM utilisés. Piloter les phases de recette fonctionnelle et de mise en production. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la DSI, les développeurs IA, les UX, et les référents métiers. Structurer des plans dadoption et daccompagnement du changement. Mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi produit, partager les enseignements et consolider les usages. Assurer une veille fonctionnelle et proposer des évolutions à forte valeur ajoutée.

Compétences et profil attendus Expérience confirmée (>3 ans) en tant que Product Owner, Business Analyst ou AMOA, idéalement dans des environnements IA / innovation. Connaissance des LLM (GPT, Mistral, Claude), de leur fonctionnement et des enjeux associés. Pratique du prompt engineering (formulation, test, optimisation). Bonne culture des méthodes Agile/Scrum. Capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (métier, tech, comités de pilotage). Excellente capacité de synthèse, formalisation et rédaction. Expérience dans laccompagnement au changement et à ladoption doutils innovants.
