Our client, a leading international service provider operating in highly time-sensitive and mission-critical environments, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to strengthen their global operations team.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you become the primary point of contact for customers and international partners worldwide. You will combine customer service excellence with operational coordination, ensuring every shipment is executed flawlessly from start to finish.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an international setting, solving problems under pressure, and coordinating complex logistics operations.Customer Service Excellence

  • Act as the main contact person for customers via phone and email.
  • Provide proactive updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and international offices.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding shipments, documentation, customs requirements, transit times, and service options.
  • Manage escalations and ensure rapid, customer-focused solutions.
  • Translate customer expectations into clear operational instructions.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Verify shipping documentation and customs requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with international transportation regulations.
  • Follow detailed operational procedures and quality standards.
  • Support the handling of specialized shipments requiring additional care and attention.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Recent graduates with a strong customer-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Professional level in Dutch, French and English
