Cum arată rolul tău?

Vei avea un rol esențial în gestionarea relației cu clienții și coordonarea fluxului operațional, prin:

  • Administrarea și monitorizarea comenzilor, de la înregistrare până la livrare.
  • Confirmarea comenzilor și comunicarea permanentă cu clienții privind statusul acestora.
  • Urmărirea comenzilor de producție și colaborarea cu echipele interne pentru respectarea termenelor asumate.
  • Gestionarea documentelor comerciale și operaționale, inclusiv facturi, credit note-uri și documentația aferentă.
  • Monitorizarea stocurilor și susținerea procesului de planificare a livrărilor.
  • Înregistrarea și urmărirea reclamațiilor clienților, în colaborare cu departamentele implicate.
  • Comunicarea proactivă cu clienții și identificarea soluțiilor potrivite atunci când apar situații neprevăzute.
  • Colaborarea strânsă cu Strategic Account Managerii, Account Managerii, echipele de Planning, Calitate și Financiar pentru asigurarea unui nivel ridicat de servicii.

Ce căutăm?

Experiență și cunoștințe:

  • Studii medii sau superioare.
  • Experiență relevantă în gestionarea comenzilor și relația cu clienții
  • Cunoștințe privind planificarea producției și organizarea livrărilor.
  • Înțelegerea generală a elementelor de cost ale unui produs.
  • Cunoștințe de contabilitate primară și logistică.
  • Experiența într-un sistem ERP constituie un avantaj.
  • Cunoștințe bune de Microsoft Office, în special Excel.
  • Limba engleză la nivel intermediar.
