Job Description ##

  • Leitung des Tagesgeschäfts in den Bereichen Abfüllung (Filling), Montage (Assembly) und Herstellung/Mischen (Compounding).
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Jahresplänen und Budgets im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen.
  • Roadmap & Zielerreichung: Entwicklung einer klaren Roadmap zur Erreichung der Jahresziele, Überführung strategischer Vorgaben in konkrete Massnahmen und Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung an den geschäftlichen Prioritäten.
  • Vorantreiben von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen anhand von Lean-, TPM- und Operational-Excellence-(OpEx)-Prinzipien.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Planung, Qualitätssicherung (QA), Human Resources, Finanzen und Logistik.
  • Fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung des Teams sowie Förderung einer leistungsstarken Unternehmenskultur.
  • SOP-Verantwortung: Führung und Verantwortung für Arbeitsanweisungen und Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) gemeinsam mit dem Team; Sicherstellung von Compliance, Verständlichkeit und Übereinstimmung mit regulatorischen Anforderungen; regelmässige Aktualisierung und Audit-Bereitschaft.
  • OMP-Verantwortung: Gesamtverantwortung für den Operational Masterplan (OMP) im Bereich Filling & Assembly, inklusive Transparenz, Nachverfolgung und Erreichung definierter Leistungsziele.
  • Problemlösung & Instandhaltung: Anwendung strukturierter Problemlösungsmethoden zur Behebung von Prozessabweichungen und Anlagenproblemen sowie Förderung präventiver und autonomer Instandhaltungskompetenzen im Team.
  • Change Management: Aktive Rolle als Change Agent in Transformationsprojekten, Förderung von Engagement, Wissenstransfer und nachhaltigen Ergebnissen innerhalb des Teams.
  • Best-Practice-Sharing: Austausch von Erfahrungen, Verbesserungen und Best Practices zur Förderung von Wissenstransfer, Standardisierung und standortübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.
  • Unterstützung bei Produkteinführungen sowie strategischen Initiativen am Standort.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor oder höher) in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Führungserfahrung in der Produktion, idealerweise in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Sozialkompetenz.
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Budgetmanagement und in der strategischen Planung.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Excel, Power BI sowie gängiger branchenspezifischer Software.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationskompetenzen.
