Notre client est un groupe international actif dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.

Job Description ##

Vos responsabilités:

  • Rédiger, négocier et revoir une large gamme de contrats commerciaux (distribution, licence, fabrication, prestations de services, IT, R&D, etc.).
  • Conseiller les équipes commerciales et opérationnelles sur les problématiques juridiques du quotidien.
  • Assurer le suivi des sujets de compliance, notamment en matière de protection des données, lutte contre la corruption et sanctions internationales.
  • Préparer et gérer la documentation corporate du Groupe (résolutions, procurations, procès-verbaux, gouvernance).
  • Coordonner les conseils externes, participer à la gestion du portefeuille de marques et assurer le suivi des obligations juridiques du Groupe.

The Successful Applicant ##

Votre profil:

  • Master en droit obtenu dans une juridiction européenne ; LL.M. constituant un atout.
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en tant que juriste d'entreprise ou avocat(e) avec une forte exposition aux contrats commerciaux.
  • Une expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, medtech ou des dispositifs médicaux représente un avantage significatif.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral ; le français et toute autre langue européenne sont des atouts.
  • Personnalité autonome, pragmatique, rigoureuse et dotée d'excellentes capacités relationnelles et organisationnelles.
