Het bedrijf is een familiebedrijf dat al meer dan 30 jaar actief is. Als organisatie blijven ze hun groeiambities realiseren en verder professionaliseren. Deze familiale KMO is gevestigd in de regio rond Stekene en best bereikbaar met de wagen.

Omschrijving

Als Management Assistant behartig je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij geen twee dagen dezelfde zullen zijn. Je ondersteunt de zaakvoerders niet alleen op professioneel vlak maar zal ook een stuk van het household management voor je rekening nemen.

Jouw takenpakket in een notendop:

  • Mailboxbeheer, agendamanagement en dagelijkse communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Inplannen van afspraken en meetings
  • Ondersteuning geven aan het management, grootste focus op Sales en HR
  • Organisatie van zakelijke reizen, reservaties en beurzen
  • Actiepunten en deadlines bewaken en opvolgen
  • Ondersteuning bij de dagelijkse organisatie op persoonlijk vlak: coördinatie met externe leveranciers, inplannen van reservaties/onderhoud/herstellingen, plaatsen van bestellingen, ...
  • Je behaalde een diploma en beschikt al over een eerste relevante werkervaring
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent discreet en betrouwbaar
  • Je bent pro-actief en hands-on
  • Je communiceert vlot en bent oragnisatorisch sterk
