Als Management Assistent ben je de spilfiguur tussen de directie, verschillende vestigingen en diverse interne stakeholders. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met operationele daadkracht en krijgt de kans om een directe invloed uit te oefenen op de efficiëntie, samenwerking en groei van de organisatie.

Omschrijving

  • Je treed op als rechterhand van de zaakvoerder.
  • Je beheert agenda's en plant afspraken zorgvuldig in.
  • Je organiseert vergaderingen en zorgt dat praktische afspraken duidelijk zijn.
  • Je bereidt documenten, presentaties en vergaderstukken voor.
  • Je verwerkt correspondentie en houdt de communicatie overzichtelijk.
  • Je volgt administratieve dossiers op en bewaakt de nodige informatie.
  • Je bezoekt regelmatig verschillende locaties om noden en opportuniteiten in kaart te brengen.
  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en zorgt voor een professioneel onthaal.
  • Je coördineert algemene kantooradministratie zodat de werking vlot blijft verlopen.
  • Je behaalde een bachelordiploma.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen operations, management support, projectcoördinatie of business support.
  • Ervaring binnen een multi-site organisatie of grotere bedrijfsstructuur is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende projecten tegelijk lopen.
  • Je werkt autonoom en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw dossiers en projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot met stakeholders op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Je combineert diplomatie met daadkracht en weet mensen mee te krijgen in veranderingen.
  • Je denkt analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch denken en operationeel handelen.
  • Affiniteit met een commerciële dienstverlening vormt een mooie meerwaarde.
