Voor een toonaangevende internationale logistieke speler in de Antwerpse haven zijn wij op zoek naar een Transportplanner. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een efficiënte transportplanning, het aansturen van chauffeurs en het garanderen van een vlotte operationele werking. Omschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je vertaalt transportopdrachten naar een haalbare en efficiënte dagelijkse planning.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en voorziet hen van duidelijke instructies.
  • Je volgt transporten nauwgezet op en grijpt proactief in wanneer aanpassingen nodig zijn.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, chauffeurs en interne stakeholders.
  • Je behandelt vragen, opmerkingen en eventuele klachten op een professionele manier.
  • Je detecteert knelpunten, denkt mee over verbeteringen en draagt bij aan een efficiëntere werking.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen transportplanning, logistiek of een vergelijkbare operationele omgeving.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te maken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en leert snel nieuwe softwarepakketten aan.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving met wisselende prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar een leidinggevende functie.
