Dein Job: Auf dem Bildschirm hast du die IT-Infrastruktur und Systeme unserer Kunden, an deiner Seite und im Teamspeak dein Team, in dem jeder jedem hilft und wir uns gemeinsam weiterentwickeln. Du bist connected, egal ob du im HO bist oder in einem unserer hervorragend ausgestatteten Offices in Hannover, Hamburg, Berlin oder in Minden / Westfalen.

Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Unser Desk arbeitet im 1st und 2nd Level Support auf den IT-Infrastrukturen und Clouds unserer Kunden.
  • Du bist als 2nd-Level Supporter oft im telefonischen Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, und bearbeitest Störungen, indem du die technischen Anforderungen auf dem Kundensystem umsetzt und Probleme behebst - sowohl eigenverantwortlich als auch im Team.
  • Du dokumentierst Änderungen in Kundeninfrastrukturen und Lösungsschritte in Tickets
  • Perspektivisch übernimmst du für ein Produkt aus unserem Portfolio die Verantwortung, das betrifft u.a. Sicherheitspatches, Updates, Best Practices und die fachliche Abstimmung mit dem Sales zur Vermarktung
  • Unser Desk erbringt außerdem viele "proaktiven" Leistungen, wie regelmäßige Updates, Systemüberwachung und Prüfungen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast Spaß im Umgang mit IT und Kunden!
  • Du hast Lust, ständig dazu zu lernen.
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration o.ä. plus min. 1,5 Jahre Berufserfahrung - oder du hast dir als Quereinsteiger sehr gute Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen angeeignet.
  • Erfahrungen in 2-3 Bereichen wie Windows Server/Client, Netzwerk, Sicherheit, Firewall, Backup, Anwendungsbereitstellung, Office 365 u.a. sind wünschenswert
  • Du kommunizierst verbindlich und freundlich mit Kunden und im Team
  • Sprachen: Die meisten Kunden im Mittelstand erwarten Deutsch, daher müssen wir bei der Position auf sehr gutem Deutsch bestehen. Englisch nimmt aber zu, daher freuen wir uns, wenn dein Englisch ebenfalls "gut" ist.
