Diese spannenden Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Du planst, implementierst und modernisierst Microsoft-Infrastrukturen bei unseren Kunden.
  • Du arbeitest mit Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien.
  • Du begleitest Migrationen von lokalen Infrastrukturen in Cloud- oder Hybrid-Umgebungen.
  • Du konzipierst und implementierst moderne Arbeitsplätze mit Intune, Microsoft 365 und Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Du entwickelst Identity-, Berechtigungs- und Sicherheitskonzepte, unter anderem mit MFA, Conditional Access und Microsoft Defender.
  • Du analysierst bestehende Umgebungen und entwickelst technisch und wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Maßnahmen.
  • Du bindest ergänzende Lösungen für Monitoring, Backup, Security, Automatisierung und Systemmanagement ein – beispielsweise PRTG, NinjaOne oder Hornetsecurity.
  • Du dokumentierst deine Lösungen nachvollziehbar und unterstützt bei komplexen technischen Störungen.
  • Abhängig von deiner Erfahrung übernimmst du eigene Projekte, leitest Workshops und berätst Kunden bei Architektur- und Technologieentscheidungen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld – oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mehreren Bereichen der Microsoft-Infrastruktur, zum Beispiel:
  • Microsoft Azure und hybride Cloud-Architekturen
  • Microsoft 365 und Entra ID
  • Windows Server und Active Directory
  • Exchange Online
  • Intune und Endpoint Management
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • PowerShell und Automatisierung
  • Grundverständnis für Netzwerke, IT-Sicherheit, Backup und Hochverfügbarkeit.
  • Eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude daran, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und verständlich zu erklären.
  • Verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse für Beratung, Dokumentation und Projektarbeit.

Du musst nicht alle genannten Technologien bereits sicher beherrschen. Wenn du eine gute technische Basis, Lernbereitschaft und echtes Interesse an der Microsoft-Welt mitbringst, entwickeln wir die fehlenden Themen gemeinsam weiter.
