DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Werkstatt und Verkauf
  • Ergebnisorientierte Führung des Teams im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenswerten und Führungsleitlinien
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch ehrliche, kompetente Betreuung und bedarfsorientierte Beratung
  • Erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Vertriebs- und Marketingkonzepte
  • Neukundenakquise mittels Beobachtung und Analyse von Markt, Wettbewerb und Kunden

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung gerne auch mit Weiterbildung zum KFZ-Meister/ Techniker/ Betriebswirt oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie verkäuferisches Geschick
  • Erste Branchenkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Ausbildereignungsprüfung wäre von Vorteil
  • Sichere EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Teamorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
