The Michelin Top Challenge Internship Program is designed to empower ambitious engineering students through real-world challenges, hands-on learning, and meaningful experiences in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Embark on an exciting 2-month journey where you'll collaborate with industry professionals, tackle real business challenges, develop your leadership skills, and discover what it takes to make an impact in a truly international company.

The Top Challenge Winner will unlock an exclusive international learning experience with Michelin, offering a unique opportunity to explore world-class manufacturing, discover global best practices, and connect with industry professionals beyond borders.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently a 3rd-year university student pursuing a degree in any Engineering field
  • Minimum GPA of 2.75 or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership potential or active involvement in extracurricular activities
  • Good command of English
  • Available to complete an internship at a Michelin manufacturing site in Thailand from June to July 2027
