Nous recrutons des Opérateurs de Production (F/H) sur le site MICHELIN de Roanne.

Vos missions principales au sein de votre équipe consistent à :

  • Assurer la fabrication du pneumatique sur machines automatisées
  • Contrôler les opérations, détecter et signaler les anomalies
  • Vérifier la qualité.

Poste à pourvoir en CDD dans un premier temps transformable enCDI.

Vous travaillez en équipes alternées 5x8 selon les horaires suivants 5H/13H/21H.

Vous serez dans un atelier climatisé. Le poste peut demander une certaine endurance physique avec des ports de charges pouvant être supérieurs à 10kg et nécessitant une position debout continue.

A votre prise de poste, vous bénéficierez d'un plan de formation personnalisé.

Au-delà de ce premier poste, Michelin vous propose de construire, avec votre manager et un partenaire de développement dédié, un parcours de carrière individualisé et ouvert aux changements de poste, de métier, de localisation.

Compétences requises

Vous êtes prêt à vous former sur les métiers en Ligne de Production automatisée,

Vous faites preuve de concentration et votre raisonnement vous permet d’être réactif et de résoudre les éventuels problèmes de fabrication. Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe et vous avez un bon relationnel.
