Paralegal Marques et Noms de domaine (CDD) - Clermont-Ferrand

Au sein d’une équipe de 10 personnes (juristes, paralegales, administratifs), vous serez responsable d’un portefeuille de Marques et Noms de Domaine.

En collaboration avec l’équipe, vous gérez des tâches administratives et juridico administratives variées comme :

  • Le traitement et le suivi des formalités de dépôt, enregistrement, maintien en vigueur, inscription, transfert L’encodage dans la base de données internes des différents actes de procédure La gestion et le suivi des échéances et des relances La réalisation de requêtes et d’auto-contrôles Le traitement des formalités administratives (traductions, légalisations, …) La gestion du courrier et le classement des dossiers La préparation et le suivi des dossiers de pré-contentieux et de contentieux en soutien aux juristes

En contact régulier avec les partenaires internes (Lignes Business, Communication, Juridique, Régions, Informatique, Cyber-sécurité), vous répondez à leurs demandes et veillez à recueillir les informations nécessaires au traitement des dossiers (notamment pour l’obtention des instructions de maintien en vigueur et collecte de preuves d’usage).

Avec les juristes de l’équipe, vous contribuez à la défense des Marques et Noms de domaine du Groupe (surveillances frontières, contentieux administratif et judiciaire, …).

Le cadre de travail est un environnement international, en relation avec des départements opérationnels internes, des prestataires externes (cabinets d’avocats, registrars), ainsi qu’avec des Offices de Marques (INPI, EUIPO, OMPI).

Ce CDD de 11 mois est à pourvoir début décembre pour un remplacement de congé maternité.

VOTRE PROFIL :

- Diplômé BAC + 3 domaine juridique

- Première expérience réussie à un poste équivalent (3 à 5 ans) en entreprise ou en cabinet d’avocats/CPI

- Anglais : B2 +

- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et Microsoft

- organisé et rigoureux.
