DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Operativer Einkauf: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Auslösung, Abwicklung und Überwachung von Bestellungen für unseren technischen / nicht-technischen Bedarf.
  • Arbeitskleidung & PSA: Du verantwortest die Beschaffung, Verwaltung von Arbeitskleidung und persönlicher Schutzausrüstung (PSA) für unsere Mitarbeiter.
  • Angebotsprozess: Du holst Angebote ein, prüfst diese und führst systematische Vergleiche durch, um die besten Konditionen sicherzustellen.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Du bist der zentrale und kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere Werkstätten (SC) rund um den Bereich Einkaufs Nicht-Handelsware.
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Du baust aktiv Lieferantenkontakte auf, pflegst diese und führst Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen.
  • Datenmanagement: Du kümmerst dich um die sorgfältige Anlage und kontinuierliche Pflege von Artikel- und Lieferantenstammdaten in unserem System.
  • Rechnungswesen: Du bist zuständig für die zuverlässige Rechnungsprüfung und Klärung von Abweichungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltung und dem Lieferanten.
  • Analysen & Reporting: Du erstellst Auswertungen, Einkaufsstatistiken und Bedarfsanalysen als Basis für strategische Entscheidungen.
  • Prozessentwicklung: Du gestaltest die Digitalisierung von Einkaufsprozessen aktiv mit und prüfst sowie optimierst stetig deine täglichen Arbeitsabläufe.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Technische Affinität: Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und hast idealerweise eine starke Affinität zu Werkstatt-Themen und Werkzeugen.
  • Berufserfahrung: Du hast bereits erste Praxiserfahrung im Einkauf gesammelt, hast erste Berührungen mit Lieferanten gehabt und Verhandlungen geführt. Auch die Pflege von Artikeldaten geht dir leicht von der Hand.
  • IT- & Zahlenaffinität: Du hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und bewegst dich routiniert in digitalen Office-Umgebungen und Tabellen-Tools und bringst idealerweise auch Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem ERP-System mit.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du zeichnest dich durch eine offene, transparente und kommunikative Art aus und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Arbeitsweise: Ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Genauigkeit und eine strukturierte Herangehensweise sind für dich selbstverständlich.
