Nous recherchons un.e Expert.e Environnement pour notre site de Blanzy. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la maîtrise des risques environnementaux d'un site industriel classé à forts enjeux réglementaires.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe HSE où la coopération, le partage des connaissances et la proximité avec les opérations sont essentiels.

Vos missions

  • Garantir la conformité environnementale du site : obligations réglementaires ; piloter les dossiers liés aux installations classées (ICPE) ; participer aux échanges avec les autorités administratives et organismes de contrôle, notamment la DREAL.
  • Accompagner les enjeux Seveso : maintien et évolution du classement Seveso Seuil Haut ; participation aux réexamens réglementaires périodiques.
  • Piloter les projets environnementaux stratégiques : accompagner l'évolution du système de management environnemental ISO 14001 ; participer aux projets liés à l'adaptation au changement climatique.
  • Développer la culture environnementale du site : concevoir et animer des actions de sensibilisation ; accompagner les équipes techniques dans l'intégration des enjeux environnementaux au quotidien.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+3 à Bac+5 en HSE et vous justifiez d’une compétence dans le domaine de l'environnement. Une expérience dans un environnement industriel avec des exigences réglementaires est souhaitable.

Vous justifiez d’une capacité à analyser des données techniques, réglementaires et chiffrées. Vous avez le sens de la rigueur documentaire et réglementaire.

Une connaissance des réglementations ICPE est attendue (et idéalement Seveso).

Vous aimez travailler en collaboration avec les spécialistes HSE ainsi que les autres services du site. Ainsi vous avez le goût du terrain autant que celui de l'expertise.

Rémunération :

Rémunération annuelle entre 42 000 et 45 000 € selon expérience + part variable.
