  • Support project pursuits, preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and operational strategy development.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee Construction Managers, Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, and field supervision personnel across multiple projects.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture while ensuring all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements are met.
  • Establish operational priorities and execution strategies that support project profitability, schedule performance, workforce effectiveness, and quality expectations.

  • Ensure proper management of as-built documentation, turnover packages, commissioning support requirements, and project closeout activities.
  • Facilitate operational reviews, leadership meetings, workforce planning discussions, and project performance reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety performance, construction productivity, workforce development, quality outcomes, and operational consistency.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Provide direct leadership and mentorship to Construction Managers and senior field supervision personnel.
  • Hold field leadership teams accountable for safety, productivity, quality, execution, workforce development, and project performance.
  • Support hiring, workforce development, succession planning, retention efforts, and leadership training initiatives.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
