Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Debitoren- und Kreditorenrechnungen.
  • Du erfasst und verwaltest das Anlagevermögen und sorgst für eine korrekte Abstimmung und Pflege der Konten.
  • Du erstellst und bereitest Statistiken auf und übernimmst die Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie die Betreuung des Mahnwesens.
  • Du bist für die Digitalisierung und Archivierung gebuchter Rechnungen und Belege zuständig.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim Controlling.
  • In deiner Rolle arbeitest du eng mit unserem Steuerberater zusammen und trägst so zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf in der Finanzbuchhaltung bei.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Buchhalter/in, Steuerfachangestellte/r oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Alternativ: Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
  • Du bringst Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen, Finanzen und dem Rechnungswesen mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und präzise.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Teamgeist, eine positive Einstellung und kundenorientiertes Handeln aus.
