1. 负责客服、CRM、设计中台等核心业务系统的需求开发、架构设计及持续迭代。 2. 参与业务平台化建设，包括用户管理、工单流程、任务调度、数据服务、第三方系统集成等。 3. 参与 AI 能力建设，结合 LLM、RAG、Agent 等技术，落地智能客服、智能运营、AI 创意设计等业务场景。 4. 负责系统性能优化、稳定性建设及技术方案设计，保障业务高效交付。 5. 推动 AI Native 研发实践，利用 AI Coding、自动化工具等提升研发效率和交付质量。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上后端研发经验，计算机基础扎实，具备独立设计和开发业务系统的能力。 2. 熟练掌握 Golang，熟悉 MySQL、Redis、MongoDB 等常用数据库及中间件。 3. 熟悉微服务、分布式系统、消息队列、任务调度等技术，具备一定的高并发系统设计和性能优化经验。 4. 具备 AI Agent 实际开发经验，了解 LLM、RAG、Workflow、MCP、Skill 等技术及应用场景。 5. 熟悉 AI Native 研发模式，能够熟练使用 Cursor、Claude Code 等工具辅助日常开发。 6. 具备良好的业务理解能力、问题分析能力及团队协作意识。

加分项 1. 有客服、CRM、营销平台、设计平台等中后台系统开发经验。 2. 熟悉 Eino、LangChain、LangGraph 等 Agent 开发框架，有 AI 应用落地经验。 3. 有复杂业务系统架构、平台化建设或多业务线系统集成经验。 4. 有 OpenSpec、Spec-Driven Development 等 AI Native 工程实践经验。
