职位要求： 1、具备丰富的内容 sense ，对角色设定、情感节奏、叙事结构和用户偏好有良好判断，能够分辨内容好坏并给出建设性建议； 2、熟悉 Discord、Reddit 等海外社区型平台，理解创作者与用户在社区中的互动方式，有相关运营或深度参与经验者优先； 3、良好的英语读写能力，熟悉欧美市场流行文化及女性向 / ACGN 内容生态，对网文小说、动画、漫画、游戏、乙女游戏、等内容类型有长期关注或相关创作经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力，尤其对女性向叙事、情感表达与角色塑造 有深入理解，能够与创作者建立信任关系，并提供清晰、可执行的反馈与指导。
