1、全日制本科及以上学历，至少2年移动端产品经验，熟悉内容产品的迭代思路； 2、对女性向内容或ACGN内容有深度了解，包括小说、游戏、漫画、短剧、电影、音乐等； 3、对用户行为分析，用户增长等有深度理解，对用户需求有深入洞察。 4、有优秀的数据分析能力、学习力及抗压力； 5、乐观积极，自驱力强，具有创业精神。
