1、Agent 应用落地：围绕研发环境管理、高可用治理、质量保障等方向，主导 AI Agent 应用的设计、开发与部署，推动 AI 在社交业务核心场景的规模化落地。 2、大模型应用全栈开发：参与从模型接入、Prompt / 上下文工程、RAG 优化、MCP 与工具开发，到数据与训练工程的端到端建设。 3、Agent 体系建设：搭建并持续打磨 Agent 流程编排、评估体系、可观测性与反馈闭环，保障线上效果可衡量、可迭代。 4、技术前沿探索：跟踪 LLM、Agent、Tool Use、Multi-Agent 等方向的最新进展，将合适的新技术转化为业务收益。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业； 2、精通至少一门主流编程语言（Java / Go / Python / C++ / JS / Objective-C 等），有扎实的工程素养； 3、熟悉 AI Agent 相关技术栈，理解工具开发、Agent 流程设计、评估系统、上下文工程等关键环节；了解主流大模型的能力边界与适用场景； 4、具备良好的架构设计能力，理解服务化、异步、高可用、可扩展等设计原则，有较强的服务可靠性意识（监控、容灾、灰度）； 5、优秀的业务抽象与问题解决能力，良好的跨团队协作沟通能力。 加分项： 1、有 0 到 1 搭建 AI Agent 应用并成功落地业务的完整经验； 2、熟悉 LangChain / LangGraph / AutoGen / Dify / MCP 等主流框架与协议； 3、有 RAG、Fine-tune、Eval、Agent Benchmark 等实战经验； 4、有研发效能 / DevOps / SRE / 测试平台等方向的研发经验； 5、有社交、直播、IM、内容生态等业务背景； 6、在 AI 相关方向有开源贡献、论文、技术博客或社区影响力。
