1、AI Agent 核心系统研发：参与任务规划与编排、工具调用、上下文与记忆管理、多 Agent 协作等核心模块的设计与实现； 2、全链路交付：负责核心模块从方案设计、编码实现到上线验收的完整交付，保障系统稳定性、可观测性与可回归性； 3、工程建设与优化：参与多端产品与执行环境的工程建设，持续优化性能与工程质量； 4、质量体系建设：参与评测与质量体系搭建，通过自动化测试与回归保障迭代质量； 5、技术探索与落地：跟进 AI Agent 领域前沿技术与生态动态，推动新技术在团队内落地。

1、Agent 与 AI 应用经验：有大模型应用开发经验，熟悉主流模型 API 接入，理解 Function / Tool Calling、RAG、结构化输出等核心机制；深度参与过以下至少一类产品的真实交付，能讲清系统设计与线上问题：AI Agent、Copilot、AI 编程助手等智能体产品/智能客服、语音助手、对话系统、情感陪伴 / AI 角色互动等对话类产品/办公 / 个人智能助理，或 RAG 知识库问答、企业搜索等大模型应用/工作流编排引擎、RPA / 自动化平台、DAG 任务调度与优化等强状态系统； 2、工程基础：TypeScript / Node.js 功底扎实者优先；任一主流语言（Python / Go / Java 等）功底扎实、具备快速切换技术栈能力亦可；扎实的服务端工程能力：API 设计、数据建模与存储、缓存、异步任务与消息队列，理解并发、幂等与一致性；熟悉至少一种现代工程实践并在真实项目中应用过：Spec-Driven、TDD、DDD、CI / Code Review；有真实线上系统经验：可观测性建设（日志、指标、链路追踪）、故障排查、性能优化与回归验证； 3、研发方式：熟练使用 Claude Code / Codex / Cursor 等 AI 编程工具，并有真实项目交付经验；能将需求拆解为可验收的技术方案（spec），对 AI 产出做有效 review、把控交付质量；对 AI 辅助研发有自己的方法论：清楚哪些任务适合交给 AI、如何拆解任务与组织上下文、如何设定验收标准，并能沉淀为团队可复用的规范。 4、加分项 有 AI Agent、Copilot、智能助理等大模型应用产品的完整落地经验； 熟悉 LangChain / LlamaIndex / Dify 等 Agent 应用框架，或 MCP 等工具生态； 对 AI Infra 有深入了解（vLLM / SGLang、SFT / LoRA / RLHF、KV Cache 与推理成本优化等），有源码级理解或开源贡献更佳； 有桌面端（Electron）、移动端（React Native）或跨端产品开发经验； 熟悉 Docker、CI/CD、云原生技术栈。
