业务背景：基于千万级 DAU 的社交产品与内容产品，算法部工作覆盖传统搜广推技术体系，以及"大模型 + Agent"的下一代智能架构。包括推荐分发、广告投放、内容理解、风控审核、AIGC素材生成、智能客服等核心场景的智能化改造，以及若干 0→1 的AI创新业务探索。

1. 负责大模型在社交/内容消费/广告/风控等业务的落地，包括方案设计、模型选型、效果迭代和指标归因； 2. 负责领域大模型的持续优化，包括数据工程/SFT/DPO/RLHF/蒸馏/量化，Agent 推理与规划等全链路工作，沉淀业务专属模型和应用框架； 3. 跟踪文本/多模态模型、Agent技术领域前沿进展，主导前沿技术在业务中的可行性评估并推动落地； 4. 与工程、产品、数据职能紧密协作，将算法能力沉淀为可复用的中台资产，支撑多业务线快速复用。

1. 计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历，3 年以上算法相关工作经验； 2. 熟悉LLM/MLLM，RAG/SFT/RL/Agent等大模型应用和优化技术，并有完整的业务落地案例； 3. 熟练使用 PyTorch，熟悉 DeepSpeed/Megatron/vLLM 等训练或推理框架中的至少一种； 4. 具备扎实的数据敏感度和业务建模能力，从业务逻辑和数据出发抽象算法建模优化方案； 5. 良好的团队协作、跨职能沟通能力，能在不确定性较高的环境下推动项目落地。
