1. 负责Sabot、YoHo、Hiyoo、SUGO等项目的智能客服知识库及训练数据建设，包括知识和语料的收集、清洗、分类、结构化、标注、质检及版本管理； 2. 建设统一的知识、标签和训练数据标准，持续完善FAQ、业务规则、正负样本、长尾问题、多轮对话、工具调用及应转人工场景，并协同本地QA完成多语言数据建设和质量验收； 3. 建设AI客服评测数据体系，覆盖基础场景、困难场景、多轮对话、工具调用、应转人工及安全风险，并将线上Bad Case持续沉淀为回归样本； 4. 开展离线评测、版本回归和线上抽检，评估意图匹配、知识召回、答案正确性、多轮理解、工具调用及转人工判断，建立评测质量和版本上线标准； 5. 监控知识覆盖率、AI匹配率、答案正确率、独立解决率和转人工率，完成问题归因、效果报告及优化闭环，协同客服、QA、产品、算法和外部团队持续提升AI效果。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上客服运营、知识运营、内容运营、客服质检或数据运营经验，其中至少1年智能客服、AI训练或知识库相关经验； 2. 有实际知识库或训练数据建设经验，能够独立完成知识分类、内容结构化、正负样本建设、人工标注、质量抽检和Bad Case复盘； 3. 熟悉FAQ匹配、意图识别、多轮对话、知识库、RAG或LLM客服应用，能够分析知识召回和AI回答问题； 4. 具备较强的数据分析和效果运营能力，熟练使用Excel，能够使用SQL完成基础数据提取、指标分析和问题定位； 5. 英语可以作为工作语言，并掌握至少一门小语种；有海外、多语言或跨地区项目协作经验；
