1. 负责企业级AI Agent产品的规划、设计与落地，深入业务团队识别核心痛点，完成需求分析、场景规划、产品路线图及版本迭代计划。 2. 负责Agent产品方案设计，将业务需求拆解为Prompt、Knowledge/RAG、Skills、Tools/MCP及Workflow等能力，明确业务流程、调用条件、权限边界、异常兜底及验收标准。 3. 独立完成用户调研、竞品分析、产品原型、PRD、流程设计和数据指标设计，推动AI能力与业务系统、数据平台及内部工具集成。 4. 协同业务、算法、研发、数据、知识工程、评测及安全团队，推动产品开发、测试、灰度发布和上线，并建立高风险操作确认、人工介入和过程可追溯机制。 5. 建立AI产品效果评测与运营体系，通过离线评测、线上指标、用户反馈及Bad Case分析，定位模型、知识、Prompt、工具调用或业务流程问题，持续提升产品效果和业务价值。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品经验，具备AI产品、大模型应用或企业数字化产品相关经验。 2. 具备AI数据分析、AI智能客服、AI质检、AI审批等Agent应用的产品经验，参与过相关产品的需求分析、方案设计或落地实施；能够结合业务价值与实施难度，协助制定产品路线图和场景优先级。 3. 熟悉大模型及Agent产品的基本机制，理解Prompt、RAG、知识库、工作流、工具调用、MCP、Skills、模型评测及人工兜底等能力。
