1、AI创作者工具，负责平台端内全套创作者工具能力建设，包含AI生图、智能构图、风格化创作、剧情策划等核心功能，梳理用户创作链路，优化工具操作体验，提升普通用户创作成功率、内容产出效率。 2、AI角色设计，主导AI虚拟角色、人设创作、形象定制、智能互动能力、故事背景生成的产品规划，打造差异化AI创作与陪伴体验。 4、海外市场调研与竞品分析，持续跟踪海外AI创作工具、AI虚拟陪伴、海外短剧、社交创作类竞品（工具类、内容平台类），拆解产品功能、商业化模式、增长玩法，输出竞品分析与迭代策略，支撑产品长期规划。 5、全流程项目推进，独立负责需求调研、方案设计、PRD输出、版本排期、灰度上线、数据复盘，联动研发、算法、设计、运营团队，保障版本高效迭代，联动运营完成本地创作者反馈，持续推进版本迭代。 6、出海合规与内容风控，熟悉海外主流平台合规规则，针对AI生成内容、虚拟角色互动、用户UGC创作内容，搭建适配海外市场的风控与内容规范体系，规避区域合规风险。

1、本科及以上学历，1-5年互联网工具产品/AI产品/内容创作产品经验，有内容平台、短剧平台、AI生图/AI陪伴类产品经验优先。 2、深度理解AI创作工具、用户内容生产链路，熟悉AI生图、AIGC创作、虚拟角色、智能对话等相关产品逻辑，能独立完成功能设计、场景拆解、需求落地。 3、具备优秀的产品思维与数据敏感度，擅长从用户痛点、场景、数据维度挖掘迭代机会。 4、逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备良好的跨部门协同、项目推进能力，能高效对接算法、研发、运营团队落地需求。
