岗位职责： 1.负责直播业务线相关礼物动效设计方案输出； 2.负责礼物的创意构思及实现，整体把控礼物内容的设计风格及效果； 3.负责AIGC驱动的动态礼物产出以及奖励资源的设计与输出； 4.持续跟进AIGC技术发展，探索和实验，评估应用潜力和落地场景，持续优化AI视频生产流程/质量标准，提高生产效率和质量效果；

职位要求： 1.1-3年及以上动效设计经验，美术、动画、多媒体、数字媒体等相关专业毕业。 2.对AIGC技术有强烈的探索兴趣，具备丰富的AI视频工具实战经验，精通主流AI生成工具，了解各类工具的优劣势，具备快速上手新工具的能力。 3.具有丰富的视听语言理论知识，具备高超的导演思维，具有良好的镜头运镜敏锐度，充分理解和掌握运动规律。 4.有独立完整的视频/动画/AI短片等全流程制作经验，能够将创意真实落地，有3+个成熟的AI视频作品。 5.具备良好的艺术审美/创意构思能力，能够结构化的拆解任务，并对AI生产制作流程进行迭代优化。 6.善于沟通，理解能力强，具备良好的团队协作能力和抗压能力，能够主动寻求问题解决方案。 7.熟悉掌握传统影视/动画行业流程，能够熟练使用AE/C4D/Blender等传统影视制作软件。 8.有直播语音类产品礼物动效设计经验者优先，有Agent智能体等使用经验者优先。
