岗位职责 1、负责海外投放（Meta/TikTok/Snap/Google等）AIGC创意策略：输出创意方向、卖点表达与脚本结构 2、设计素材测试方案并推动落地：明确变量（前3秒钩子/脚本/镜头/配音/语言本地化等），跟进产出与投放节奏 3、协同投放、设计/剪辑、数据等团队，提升素材效率与增长结果，基于投放数据复盘（ROI/ROAS、CPI/CPA、CTR/CVR、完播等），持续迭代创意并沉淀可复用模板 4、推动AIGC规模化生产与流程化：提示词/脚本分镜生成、批量变体、素材库与标签体系建设 5、关注行业与平台新趋势：持续跟踪海外投放与内容生态变化（热门题材/玩法/AI工具/平台政策），定期输出趋势洞察与可落地的测试方向

任职要求 1、2年以上海外投放创意/增长相关经验，结果导向，能用数据驱动迭代 2、熟悉至少1-2个海外平台的创意机制与素材偏好（Meta/TikTok等） 3、有AIGC实操经验（脚本/图片/视频/配音/翻译本地化等），能沉淀方法与流程 4、沟通与推进能力强，能在快节奏下稳定交付

加分项 1、有中东/土耳其/东南亚等市场本地化经验 2、做过素材库/标签体系/自动化生产链路或爆款结构库沉淀
