【岗位职责】 1.商务沟通：负责执行与优化AIGC产品海外KOL策略，与筛选出的海外社媒达人进行邮件建联，价格谈判，促成品牌合作。 2.爆款网感修改视频:根据实时数据与平台热点，给 KOL 提供视频优化指令，对已有素材进行二次剪辑，推动爆款复制，提升单条视频 ROI。 3.长期合作关系维护：维护 KOL 分级档案，定期复联，促成长期合作。 4.可能接触到：内容运营、社群运营、素材投流与分析等方面的工作。 【岗位要求】 本科及以上学历，英语/新闻传媒/市场营销专业或者有海外经历的优先； 英文可以作为工作语言，尤其是具备较强的英文写作功底，能够使用英文清晰明了传达精确信息，独立撰写简洁吸睛的英文品牌沟通与文案，具备良好的时间管理和文案写作能力； 熟悉各类海外社媒渠道并了解其特点和趋势，包括但不仅限于Discord、Tiktok、Instagram、X、Youtube、ProductHunt等，有海外KOL运营经历/海外社媒内容运营经验/Discord社群运营的优先； 熟悉欧美市场流行文化及女性向 / ACGN 内容生态，对网文小说、动画、漫画、游戏、乙女游戏、等有长期关注者优先； 有创业心态、能够适应高强度工作，时间管理能力和学习能力强，效率高，踏实负责的品质优先。
