1、作为埃及区域 CRM 项目专属接口人，承担总部与本地业务团队的沟通桥梁角色，落地 CRM 系统使用规范、数据录入标准与业务流程，确保本地员工高效、规范使用系统； 2、协同总部质检、培训团队开展前线运营赋能，组织本地 CRM 操作培训、日常问题答疑与实操带教，提升一线员工系统使用熟练度与运营效率； 3、协助质检团队跟进埃及区域 CRM 数据质量，配合完成数据抽检、问题同步与整改推动，保障区域数据完整率、准确率等指标达标； 4、收集埃及本地一线的业务需求、系统痛点与优化建议，定期整理沉淀并反馈至 CRM 产品团队，协助产品开展本地化需求调研与方案验证，推动产品适配本地业务场景； 5、沉淀区域内 CRM 运营优秀实践与典型问题案例，同步总部并推动区域内复用，持续优化本地 CRM 运营效率与使用体验。

1、3 年及以上 CRM 运营、项目 BP、B 端系统落地相关工作经验，有中东 / 非洲出海业务、本地化运营背景优先； 2、熟悉主流 CRM 系统的功能逻辑与业务流程，具备系统推广落地、用户培训或项目支持的实操经验； 3、英语可作为工作语言，掌握阿拉伯语优先，能顺畅对接本地团队与总部跨部门沟通，了解埃及本地职场文化与业务习惯； 4、具备良好的需求感知与归纳能力，能精准挖掘一线业务痛点，输出结构化的需求反馈； 5、结果导向，执行力强，能独立推动区域内规范落地与问题闭环，具备跨文化协作的适配能力。
