1、负责风控产品的规划与设计，构建完善的风控产品体系，包括风控门户、规则管理平台、模型平台、策略平台、审核平台、判罚平台、处置平台等模块，形成完整的风控产品链路； 2、负责风控产品的需求分析、产品设计和功能迭代，推动风控产品与业务系统的集成，优化风控流程，提升风控效率和准确性； 3、打通风控上下游系统，了解业务风险需求，沉淀可复用的风控领域应用解决方案； 4、熟悉风控相关技术，如设备指纹、IP 库、行为分析等，了解机器学习、深度学习等算法在风控中的应用熟悉常见的风险类型，如引流、诈骗、薅羊毛、支付欺诈等；

1、本科及以上学历，硕士及以上学历优先； 2、有3 年以上风控产品或相关领域工作经验，有社交、电商、金融等领域风控经验者优先，熟悉风控中台、风控引擎等产品设计优先； 3、能够设计完整的风控产品方案，包括需求分析、产品原型、用户体验等，具备清晰的逻辑思维和问题分析能力； 4、拥有出色的跨部门协调与表达能力，能精准传递信息、整合资源，促进团队共识，推动项目闭环。
