1、负责公司 Web、H5、管理后台及服务端系统的设计与开发，参与核心业务模块的技术方案制定与落地。 2、基于 React、Node.js 技术栈，独立完成前端交互、服务端接口、业务逻辑及数据存储的全链路开发。 3、负责数据库设计与优化，包括数据建模、表结构设计、索引优化及 SQL 性能调优；合理运用事务、缓存等机制，保障数据一致性与读写性能。 4、参与全栈技术体系建设，推进公共组件、基础服务、接口规范及通用业务能力的标准化与复用。 5、与产品、设计、客户端及测试等团队协作，参与需求分析、系统设计和技术评审，推动复杂业务需求高质量交付。 6、负责前后端性能优化、系统稳定性建设及线上问题排查，结合日志、监控与链路分析定位问题，持续提升用户体验与服务可靠性。 7、参与研发基础设施建设，包括组件库、脚手架、自动化测试、构建发布、CI/CD 及监控告警体系，提升开发、测试与交付效率。 8、参与系统架构演进与技术债务治理，优化模块边界、服务划分及数据访问方式，提升系统的可维护性与可扩展性。 9、关注前后端及数据库技术发展，结合业务规模、团队能力与维护成本，推动合理的技术选型与工程实践。

1. 5 年及以上开发经验，具备中大型 Web 系统或复杂业务的全栈开发经验。 2. 扎实掌握 JavaScript / TypeScript、HTML、CSS，熟悉浏览器原理、网络协议及 Web 安全。 3. 熟练使用 React 和 Node.js，掌握 NestJS、Express、Koa 或 MidwayJS 等主流服务端框架。 4. 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库，并具备 Redis、缓存或消息队列的实践经验。 5. 具备 API 设计、数据建模、身份认证、权限控制及服务端安全等工程实践。 6. 熟悉构建、测试、发布、CI/CD、监控告警及稳定性治理等研发流程。 7. 具备良好的系统设计、问题排查和协作能力，能够独立负责复杂模块或完整业务链路。
