简介：负责全球支付渠道的战略拓展与合作伙伴生态建设，统筹、收单机构、数字钱包及本地支付方式的渠道引入、商务谈判与关系运营，持续提升全球支付网络的覆盖广度、渠道质量与商业竞争力。 1. 全球支付渠道拓展与生态构建：负责全球支付合作伙伴网络的战略规划与落地执行，主动开拓并引入全球及区域性支付服务商、收单行、卡组织、数字钱包、BNPL机构及本地支付渠道，建立分层分级的渠道合作体系，保障全球业务支付方式的充分覆盖与快速接入。 2. 商务谈判与合作伙伴管理：主导支付渠道的商务洽谈，涵盖合作模式设计、费率谈判、合同条款拟定与签署；建立并维护健康的合作伙伴生态，定期开展渠道绩效评估与关系维护，持续提升商业议价能力与合作收益。 3. 渠道接入协调与落地推进：协调产品、技术、风控、法务、合规等内部团队，推动新支付渠道从商务签约到技术对接的全流程落地；跟踪接入进度，识别并解决卡点问题，确保新渠道按计划上线并稳定运营。 4. 市场洞察与策略规划：持续跟踪全球支付行业动态、区域监管政策及新兴支付方式发展趋势，结合公司业务布局制定区域支付渠道拓展优先级与路线图，输出数据驱动的商务决策建议。 5. 渠道绩效与成本优化：建立渠道运营数据监控体系，定期复盘各渠道的交易表现、成功率、成本结构及稳定性；基于数据洞察推动费率重谈、流量分配、渠道替换等优化策略，持续提升支付网络的整体商业效率。 6. 内部协同与流程建设：与产品、运营、财务等团队紧密协同，优化渠道管理工作流程与工具，沉淀标准化的渠道接入与管理SOP，提升跨部门协作效率。

1. 必备经验：3年以上第三方支付、跨境支付、金融科技或相关行业的商务拓展/渠道管理经验，对全球支付行业格局、卡组织规则及区域支付生态有深入理解。 2. 渠道拓展实践：具备成功开拓并落地多个全球或区域性支付渠道的实际案例，熟悉从渠道触达、商务谈判到技术对接上线的全流程。 3. 商务与谈判能力：具备出色的商务谈判技巧与合同审阅能力，能在复杂商业环境中争取有利合作条件，独立完成商业计划制定、合作方案设计与提案讲演。 4. 跨文化沟通能力：具备优秀的英语书面及口语沟通能力，能与全球不同地区的合作伙伴高效开展商务谈判与关系维护，有多文化背景协作经验。 5. 数据分析与商业意识：具备良好的数据敏感度与商业分析能力，能基于交易数据、成本数据驱动商务决策，对渠道ROI有清晰的评估判断。 6. 项目管理能力：具备较强的项目推进与协调能力，能统筹多方资源，推动复杂跨团队项目按计划交付。 7. 软实力：自我驱动、结果导向，具备出色的抗压能力与应变能力，能在快节奏和不确定环境中独立推动业务进展，具备优秀的人际关系建立能力。 8. 优先条件：拥有丰富的全球头部支付机构人脉资源者优先；有跨境支付或新兴市场（东南亚、拉美、中东等）支付渠道拓展经验者优先；有法务/合规背景或熟悉支付相关监管政策者优先。
