1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上社交/游戏化社区/直播产品经验，具备独立负责模块级产品规划及落地经验 2、具备以下经验者优先：①社交产品用户增长体系设计 ②社交/游戏产品经验 ③海外业务产品经验 ④资深游戏玩家优先，特别是MOBA类、吃鸡类游戏。 3、精通需求分析、原型设计、文档撰写全流程，具备将业务洞察转化为逻辑清晰、可行性强的产品方案能力 4、对数据敏感度高，有独立完整的数据分析能力； 5、卓越的项目推动力及执行力，擅长跨部门协作，具备复杂项目高效落地经验
