1、面对规则未覆盖的新场景、疑难 case 或异常数据，能主动查证、分析根因、给出判断，而不是机械执行或简单上交，主动思考、能独立研判； 2、对个人审核结论和处置结果负责，服从团队排班与任务安排，主动承担队列清理与问题闭环，在业务高峰和夜班时段能主动补位； 3、有直播、社交、AI类产品使用或行业认知； 4、具备数据敏感度，熟练使用 Excel，能独立完成数据整理与归因分析； 5、了解黑产对抗、AI 生成内容识别、敏感词 / 模型策略相关知识；

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，对内容安全、风控合规、海外互联网有浓厚兴趣； 2、具备2年内容审核 / 内容安全相关工作经验，熟悉图文、视频或直播等内容审核标准与处置流程； 3、能接受轮班制（含中班、晚班及周末排班，晚班含夜间时段），责任心强，愿意在高峰与夜间承担兜底工作； 4、细心、严谨，面对大量内容和高频规则更新能保持稳定判断力与执行力； 5、抗压能力强，具备良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作意识；
