岗位职责 负责挖掘业务需求，配合AI 素材自动化工作流落地，推动素材从灵感输入、脚本生成、素材生产、入库管理到投放复盘的链路提效。 结合业务目标，制定 AI 素材放大策略，通过工作流产出优质素材，提升生产效率、复用效率和迭代速度。 推动素材库建设，结构化沉淀和检索机制，支持优质素材、爆款片段和创意经验的持续复用。 基于投放数据和素材表现，提炼高效创意规律，沉淀为可复用的工作流节点、模板和方法论。 联动创意、优化、等团队，推动 AI 素材在不同市场、不同场景下的快速适配和规模化应用。 探索并落地 AI 在素材场景中的自动化能力，如脚本辅助生成、提示词库构建，标签生成、案例推荐、方向复盘、素材初筛等。 任职要求 本科及以上学历，具备广告创意设计、素材策略、增长、投放或相关经验。 对广告素材增长逻辑有理解，熟悉素材分析、创意拆解、爆款迭代和投放验证流程。 熟悉 AI 工具在素材生产中的应用，对工作流搭建和自动化提效有实际经验。 数据敏感度高，能够结合素材表现和投放结果进行归因分析，指导后续素材优化。 具备较强的跨团队协作和项目推动能力，能够把策略转化为实际流程和产出。 加分项 有 AIGC 广告素材生产经验，有工作流平台使用经验 有素材中台、内容中台或创意平台相关经验 有海外广告或本地化素材经验
