岗位职责: 1、负责中东北非及土耳其市场的达人营销，筛选和评估有潜力的社交媒体达人及Agency资源，优化合作成本，精准匹配产品推广需求 2、主导与达人及机构的全流程合作，从创意构思到执行落地，打造爆款短视频内容。 3、监测投放数据(点击率、互动率、转化率)及行业趋势，提升内容投资回报率(ROI); 4、通过数据洞察和A/B测试，创新内容形式与互动玩法(如hook、模板等) 5、协调内外部资源(如产品团队、平台合作伙伴)，推动复杂项目按期交付并规模化落地。 6、根据年度营销日历，拆分目标，确定达人合作方案，跟进执行并进行效果复盘 7、通过与达人共创内容，把品牌/产品/营销信息融合到创意内容，更好地满足营销目的，通过优质内容跟用户建立品牌信任，提高转化。

岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历，有过达人和MCN机构及自开发经验 2、开发过不同维度的红人画像，低腰部20万以下，中部50万左右，及头部1-10M的红人，有现成达人或Agency资源优先 3、深度理解TikTok/Instagram Reels/YouTubeShorts生态，具备热点预判、创意策划及达人谈判能力 4、强审美力与内容质量把控力，熟悉社媒趋势与消费者心理 5、中英文流利(书面及口语)，流程驱动且具备高效协作习惯，小语种（如阿拉伯语）能力者优先。 6、熟练运用数据分析工具，能够对推广数据进行有效分析和评估
