岗位概述 负责公司 用户画像平台从 0 到 1 的整体技术规划、架构设计与落地交付，完成 OneID、标签体系、人群圈选、画像 Serving 等核心能力建设，并与营销、推荐、运营、产品等业务方建立可持续协作机制。 核心职责 1. 架构设计：制定画像平台总体架构（采集 → 计算 → 存储 → Serving → 激活），明确离线 / 实时 / 批流一体边界与技术选型。 2. OneID 与主数据：主导跨源用户身份解析方案（确定性 + 概率匹配、Survivorship 规则、置信度治理）。 3. 标签与分群体系：设计标签元数据模型、标签生产流水线、人群圈选引擎及 SLA 分级（T+1 / 小时 / 秒级）。 4. Serving 层：定义 Profile API 契约、性能目标（P99 延迟、QPS）、缓存与降级策略。 5. 团队管理：拆解里程碑、Review 设计、培养后端 / 实时 / 数仓工程师，对接 HR 招聘与绩效。 6. 跨部门协作：与业务、算法、研发对齐需求优先级，控制范围蔓延，输出可量化的平台价值（覆盖率、调用量、业务 ROI）

1、8 年+ 大数据 / 后端经验，3 年+ 画像 / CDP / 标签平台 / 用户增长数据相关架构或 Owner 经验； 2、深入理解 OneID / Entity Resolution、标签工厂、Audience Segmentation 的设计与踩坑； 3、熟悉 Kafka、Flink、Spark 中至少两类；有 低延迟 Serving（Redis / HBase / OLAP）实战经验； 4、具备 从 0 到 1 建平台 经历，能独立输出 ADR、PoC 方案与上线 Runbook； 5、优秀的业务翻译能力：能把「精准营销 / 个性化」诉求转化为可交付的技术里程碑。 加分： - 有 CDP 商用产品对比与自建选型经验。 - 熟悉 dbt / Iceberg / Data Mesh 域划分。
