【英语客服专员】 岗位职责： 1、主要负责通过IM、邮件工单等渠道，高效处理海外用户各类客诉，耐心解答用户疑问、响应需求，确保服务质量，提升用户满意度与体验感。 2、以改善用户体验及服务效率为核心目标，主动梳理客诉痛点，总结服务过程中的问题与经验，为产品及服务策略的优化迭代提供有效反馈与支持。 3、运用客户服务专业知识，规范处理各类服务场景，通过根因分析挖掘问题本质，推动问题闭环，并将解决方案标准化，提升服务规范性。 4、具备服务创新意识，结合业务发展及用户需求，主动探索更高效、更优质的服务方式，助力服务体系升级。 5、与产品、运营、技术等团队保持紧密沟通，协调资源解决用户问题，协同推进服务与产品优化。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，专业不限。 2、大学英语六级（CET-6）及以上水平，英语口语流利，能够作为工作语言与外籍用户及海外团队进行无障碍沟通。 3、1年以上互联网行业海外客服或用户服务工作经验，具备丰富的客户服务专业知识，熟悉海外用户沟通习惯及文化差异。 4、对海外社交及泛娱乐领域有浓厚兴趣，关注行业动态，具备较强的业务能动性，愿意深入理解业务逻辑。 5、具备清晰的产品思维与用户思维，擅长通过根因分析发现问题本质、解决问题并实现标准化；拥有客户服务流程建设及服务创新的意识和能力。 6、具备优秀的语言表达与跨部门沟通能力，有较强的团队协作与协调能力；责任心强、执行力突出，具备一定抗压能力，性格坚韧，学习能力强，能快速适应业务迭代。 7、有字节跳动（TikTok）、拼多多（TEMU）、携程等公司海外客服或泛娱乐海外业务客服运营工作经验者优先。熟悉客服工单系统、IM工具的使用，具备服务流程设计或优化经验者优先。
