The posting

  • 负责企业级数据服务 OneService 平台的架构设计、建设与持续演进，统一沉淀指标、标签、明细数据等服务能力。
  • 建设标准化的数据服务接口，包括 API、SQL 服务、文件服务、消息订阅等，满足业务系统、运营分析及 AI 应用的数据消费需求。
  • 负责服务目录、元数据、权限、血缘、数据质量、限流、审计和 SLA 等平台能力建设，提升数据可发现、可理解、可安全使用的程度。
  • 推动核心指标与业务口径服务化，降低重复取数、口径不一致及跨团队协作成本。
  • 设计并优化高并发、低延迟的数据查询与缓存方案，保障数据服务稳定性、性能与成本可控。
  • 联动数仓、数据开发、后端、业务及安全团队，推动数据从“表”向“产品化服务”转变。
  • 建立服务运营机制，持续跟踪调用量、成功率、延迟、数据新鲜度、用户反馈等关键指标。

- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数据工程等相关专业；5 年及以上后端、数据平台或数据服务开发经验。 - 熟练掌握 Java、Go、Python 等至少一种编程语言，具备扎实的服务端工程能力。 - 熟悉关系型数据库、OLAP 引擎及数据仓库体系；有 ClickHouse、StarRocks、Trino、Doris、Hive、Spark 等实践经验优先。 - 熟悉 API 设计、微服务、缓存、消息队列、分布式系统及高可用治理，有高并发服务建设经验。 - 理解数据治理核心要素：元数据、指标口径、权限控制、数据质量、血缘、审计与 SLA。 - 能独立拆解复杂问题，具备跨团队沟通和推动能力；重视业务价值与用户体验，而不止于技术实现。 加分项 - 有 OneService、指标平台、数据中台、语义层、数据 API 网关或数据产品化建设经验。 - 有数据权限、隐私合规、行列级权限、租户隔离等安全治理经验。 - 有面向 AI Agent、RAG、实时决策或运营自动化的数据服务经验。 - 有从 0 到 1 搭建平台，或主导大型平台迁移、服务化改造的经验。
