我们正在寻找一位理解数据技术、关注用户体验的数据平台产品经理，与数据工程团队一起，基于云服务，建设覆盖数据接入、离线编排、实时开发及交互式分析的平台产品。你将深入用户的实际场景，将底层技术能力转化为易用、可靠的平台服务，并探索 Data + AI 的产品应用，让数据开发与分析更加高效、智能。

岗位职责 1、建设离线数据 Pipeline 编排系统，完善任务调度、依赖管理、运行监控与故障处理能力。 2、建设基于于Flink 实时开发平台，覆盖作业开发、调试、发布及运维全流程。 3、推动数据接入产品化，提供标准化的数据源配置、批量与实时同步、状态监控能力。 4、建设面向用户的 SQL 与 Dashboard 工作台，提升数据查询、分析与可视化体验。 5、探索 AI 与数据平台的结合，围绕智能 SQL 开发、异常诊断、个性化数据门户等场景，设计产品方案并验证实际效果。

1、具备数据平台、云平台或开发者工具类产品经验，能独立推动产品从需求到上线。 2、熟悉数据接入、离线开发、实时计算、数据分析等典型场景，理解数据开发与分析人员的工作流程。 3、了解任务调度、SQL、Flink 及常见大数据技术，能与研发讨论技术方案及实现边界。 4、具备清晰的需求分析与产品设计思路，以及良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能够平衡用户价值、实现成本与交付效率。

加分项

1、熟悉阿里云、AWS 等云厂商的数据产品及基础服务。 2、有软件研发、数据工程或平台架构背景。 3、有 Data + AI 产品设计经验。
