1、负责公司产品的风控策略体系规划和建设，负责治理内容安全类问题、薅羊毛等黑灰产问题等，为风险治理效果和效率负责； 2、能够从风险问题与数据中分析出黑灰产打法与规律，总结违规的显著特征，并设计出来有效的策略，降低风险水位； 3、了解业务风险需求，提供风险解决方案，构建风控模型和数据分析能力，并沉淀产品能力； 4、熟悉风控相关技术，如设备指纹、IP 库、行为分析等，了解机器学习、深度学习等算法在风控中的应用，熟悉常见的风险类型，如引流、诈骗、薅羊毛、支付欺诈等；

1、本科及以上学历，数学、计算机、金融、统计学等相关专业； 2、3 年以上风控产品或相关领域工作经验，社交、电商、金融等领域风控经验者优先，负责过社交类产品生态治理、风险治理优先； 3、具备清晰的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，能够设计完整的风险防控体系，推动策略落地，达成治理效果； 4、拥有出色的跨部门协调与表达能力，能精准传递信息、整合资源，促进团队共识，推动项目闭环。
