-负责用户画像相关的数仓建模与标签体系建设，打通多端用户数据，构建统一、可复用的画像数据资产，支撑增长、推荐、营销、产品分析等场景。 工作职责 -负责用户画像主题域数仓建模，建设 ODS → DWD → DWS → ADS 分层模型 -参与标签体系规划，建设离线/实时标签生产链路，保障标签口径统一与质量可控 -推进 OneID / 用户主体识别，解决多端账号打通与身份归一问题 -对接业务团队，支撑人群圈选、用户分群、策略投放、实验分析等应用 -优化画像任务性能与成本，沉淀建模规范与标签开发标准

-本科及以上，3 年以上数仓或数据开发经验 -精通 SQL，熟悉 Hive / Spark / Flink 等大数据技术 -熟悉数仓分层建模，有用户画像、标签体系、人群圈选相关经验 -具备良好的业务理解能力和跨团队沟通协作能力 -深入理解 OneID / Entity Resolution、标签工厂、Audience Segmentation 的设计与踩坑。
