1、负责客服系统（含在线、工单、质检等模块）的全生命周期管理，包括需求调研、产品规划、功能设计、迭代优化等工作； 深入调研客服团队、运营团队及业务部门需求，结合行业最佳实践与用户痛点，输出清晰的产品需求文档（PRD）、原型设计、用户流程图； 2、主导客服系统的产品立项、研发推进、测试验收、上线发布及后续迭代优化工作，协调研发、测试、运维等跨部门资源，确保项目按时按质落地； 3、持续跟踪客服系统的使用数据，分析用户行为与系统运行效果，挖掘优化空间，制定合理的迭代计划，提升客服工作效率、用户满意度及问题解决率； 4、负责客服系统相关的产品培训、用户手册编写，协助客服团队与运营团队快速掌握产品功能，解决使用过程中遇到的问题；

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、市场营销、管理学等相关专业优先； 2、3-5年客服系统或相关ToB产品（如CRM、SaaS服务）的产品经理工作经验，有完整的客服系统从0到1或重大版本迭代经验者优先； 3、熟悉客服行业业务流程，深入理解在线客服、呼叫中心、工单系统等核心模块的设计逻辑与应用场景； 4、具备优秀的需求分析、逻辑思维与文档撰写能力，能独立完成PRD、原型设计（熟练使用Axure、Figma等工具）、流程图绘制等工作； 5、有AI智能客服相关产品设计经验，或熟悉主流客服系统（如智齿、网易七鱼、Udesk等）产品逻辑者优先。
