1、负责风控处置、通知等核心模块的产品能力建设，保障处置动作精准有效、通知触达及时到位；搭建并完善处置中心、保护名单、通知模块的产品体系，形成标准化、可复用的风控子模块能力； 2、负责处置中心、保护名单、通知模块的产品能力规划与功能设计；推动需求从评审到上线的全流程落地，确保产品功能在业务场景中高效应用；持续收集业务反馈与数据表现，驱动产品迭代优化，提升风控治理效率与质量； 3、与审核、业务、处罚等团队紧密协作，打通并收口处置能力，明确处置逻辑与执行标准；深入对接业务团队，理解各业务线的风险诉求，输出有针对性的产品解决方案；协调技术、算法、运营等多方资源，推动跨团队项目高效落地；

1、本科及以上学历，硕士及以上学历优先； 2、3 年以上风控产品或相关领域工作经验；有社交、电商、金融等领域风控实战经验者优先；具备处置、通知等模块产品经验者优先； 3、能够独立完成风控子模块的全流程产品方案，包括需求分析、产品原型设计、用户体验优化等；沟通协调能力：具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力，能够高效推动多方协作，确保项目按期交付； 4、熟悉风控相关技术，如设备指纹、IP 库、行为分析等；了解机器学习、深度学习等算法在风控场景中的应用；熟悉常见风险类型，包括但不限于：引流、诈骗、薅羊毛、支付欺诈等。 加分项：具备大型平台风控中台建设经验；熟悉国内外主流风控产品架构与最佳实践；有数据驱动的产品决策经验，能够通过数据分析持续优化风控策略与产品体验。
