1、审核体系与中台建设。负责内容安全审核中台的整体技术规划、架构演进与落地。支撑「感知立法-问题识别-判罚决策-通知触达-申诉反哺」全链路建设； 2、AI审核。主导机审与AI/大模型审核的规模化落地——模型选型/接入/评测、多模型策略、机审覆盖与准召提升，建立更加完善的AI审核机制； 3、识别能力升级。优化图片、文本、音视频等多模态的识别能力，丰富敏感词与语料库，提升模型迭代的效率。挖掘并治理公司在AI探索场景下的安全隐患； 4、处置与策略。建立配套的策略中心与处置中心的，实现处置能力闭环、柔性处置，完成风险的全链路管控； 业务支撑与稳定性。推动审核体系在公司所有业务线的全面落地、保障高并发稳定性与SLA、优化交付延时与应急响应，支持出海多市场合规化； 5、团队与协同。带领审核研发团队，与业务产研、算法、数据、法务、运营及一线审核团队高效协作，达成治理目标。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上内容安全审核相关经验。精通Golang，熟悉分布式系统设计与开发，有中台或平台化实战落地与建设的经验； 2、熟悉ClickHouse、Redis、Kafka、ES、PostgreSQL等常用中间件，具备良好的代码质量意识与工程规范； 3、具备AI审核落地经验。有大模型/机审能力真正落到生产的端到端经验——模型接入与评测、策略设计、机审替代人审、准召与成本平衡。有数据驱动决策的实践经验； 熟悉内容安全业务场景，了解常见的内容安全风险问题以及治理手段； 4、拥有管理研发团队的经验，能独立完成目标的制定与任务的拆解，具备带教能力。 5、具备优秀的沟通与协同能力，能在多业务线、跨职能(产品/算法/数据/法务/运营/一线审核)的复杂协作中对齐目标、管理预期、推动落地。结果导向，具备Owner意识； 加分项： 1、具备出海社交背景，有多语言、多市场的业务经验，熟悉海外合规政策； 2、具备AI Agent落地的经验，有充分的AI Coding和WorkFlow搭建经验。
