数据科学家（DS）- 广告增长与因果推断方向 职位描述 本岗位专注于全球广告投放与买量增长场景。你将作为业务线的数据大脑，跳出传统归因框架，利用因果推断、增量模型与实验设计，科学评估各广告渠道与媒体的真实获客增量。我们将依托硬核的数据科学手段解决复杂的广告归因与度量难题，从而优化大规模买量预算的全局分配效率。

岗位职责（专精其一即可）

业务商业模型数学化： 深入理解各业务线的商业运作机制，将其抽象为可衡量的数学模型。精准识别增长链路中的核心着力点（Levers），通过严谨的量化分析驱动业务实质性增长。

广告增量度量（Uplift Modeling）： 针对复杂媒体矩阵的算法机制与黑盒现状，利用因果推断方法剥离表面数据的虚假繁荣，科学评估各渠道在不同地区的真实增量商业价值（Incremental Value）。

复杂营销场景 A/B 实验与计量分析： 主导外部买量、渠道测试及营销活动的 A/B 实验方案设计与效力评估。在无法进行标准随机分流的受限场景下（如受限于隐私政策或宏观定价策略调整），熟练应用合成控制（Synthetic Control）、双重差分（DID）、倾向得分匹配（PSM）等计量经济学方法进行科学度量。

预算量化分配与弹性优化： 建立各买量渠道的媒体弹性曲线（Media Elasticity Curve），量化评估投放规模与边际成本/收益之间的动态关系，构建全局最优的预算分配体系，实现多渠道“赛马”机制下的科学调配与 ROI 最大化。
