米可世界业务覆盖中东北非、东南亚、南亚、欧洲、美洲等区域，期待有全球视野的你加入，共同探索海外市场的无限可能。 岗位职责： 1、协助跟进对应国家/地区市场的运营策略执行，参与用户增长相关项目的推进与落地； 2、参与社交/语音产品的本地化运营工作，涉及公会主播运营、用户活跃度提升、留存策略优化等环节； 3、协助收集、整理、分析运营数据，挖掘用户行为规律，辅助迭代运营策略； 4、参与本地化拉新促活活动的策划与执行，协助整合市场、渠道、KOL等本地资源； 5、支持跨部门（产品、技术、市场）协作事项，协助推动各项运营目标的达成。

任职要求： 1、统招本科及以上学历在读2027届毕业生，理工科、小语种专业优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，有小语种能力者（阿语、土语、西语、葡语等）优先； 3、具备基础数据意识，能使用 Excel/飞书等工具进行数据整理与分析； 4、对出海业务、跨文化运营有浓厚兴趣，具备跨时区沟通和协作意愿； 5、对社交/直播行业有热情，了解海外社交产品生态者加分。 实习说明： 实习周期：2个月及以上 实习形式：线上/驻场（视业务区域而定） 表现优秀者可获得27届校招优先推荐资格
